The Faculty Association of California Community Colleges Education Institute is a California non-profit corporation governed under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Faculty members at Santa Monica, Foothill or DeAnza colleges may deduct 100 percent of their contribution to the FACCC Education Institute as a charitable contribution. Consult your tax advisor or financial professional for assistance.

Faculty members at Santa Barbara City College should consult with their payroll department and tax consultant to determine how much has been paid to FACCC and the FACCC Education Institute.
