• Congressional Representative Buck McKeon's office (R–Santa Clarita) and with Rep. Howard Berman (D–Mission Hills), McKeon have reintroduced HR 594, the "Social Security Fairness Act,"a measure to eliminate the Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP) and Government Pension Offset (GPO). FACCC supports HR 594 (McKeon) and its companion measure, S.349 (Feinstein), to repeal the GPO and the Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP)
