| Description: | This measure would allocate $150 million to the California Community Colleges for purposes of student aid (fees and textbooks), and provide a two-thirds tuition reduction at the University of California and California State University for students meeting income eligibility criteria. Funds for the program would come from closing of a corporate tax loophole which benefits out-of-state companies. |
