- brad.lopez@do1.scccd.cc.ca.us Brad Lopez: Separate TTIP funds into separate
and distinct categories: 1) library technology and 2) distance education
and related techologies. By lumping them together now causes serious problems.
Library technology supercedes instructional technologies in this district.
The tail is wagging the dog. Library services should augment student learning,
not supercede classroom instruction. Brad Lopez, Distance Education

- luntcc@earthlink.netCharles Lunt: Start by indicating the importance
and value of education and training!
- wjonlamb@hotmail.comw. jon lambden: Keep the long view. Keep
politicos and reformers out of it for at least ten years....or more. Remember
Clark Kerrs' attempt in the '60s?
- jimlong@worldpassage.net James B. Long: Clearly, the major priority
for CCs in the 21st C should be equal payment (and benefits) for services
for all instructors. We will never attain the level of dedication and continuity
we all want in the CCs until all instructors are treated equally. It a
matter of morale (and fairness).
