Bill Cooper, 4CA President

Currently I am the president of 4CA (California Community College Counselor's Association).  I am in my twentieth year of service as an educational and career counselor at El Camino Community College.  I taught Educational Psychology 191 (Personal and Career Exploration) at CSU Long Beach and I worked at UCLA for ten years as a Student Affairs Officer and Counselor.  I also served as a member of the Academic Senate and the College Curriculum Committee.
