This workshop will focus on strategies to increase and strengthen organizational change efforts related to addressing access and equity issues in community colleges. Case studies from the Campus Change Network made up of 7 community colleges will be used to examine insights and lessons learned from leaders engaged in this work, spark discussion, introduce participants to skill building tools and provide a model for systemic change that can be replicated at other colleges and universities
