The Key to Motivating Students
presented by Richard Beyer, Ph.D
When students are disruptive, they are often unmotivated to learn. As educators, we often say, “They’re just lazy.” This doesn’t not absolve use from our responsibility to do everything we can to help these students. We are often thrown into the role of counselor or confidant with these students and wonder why all of the things we were taught about changing behavior just don’t work. Dr. Beyer will describe some characteristics of difficult students and how to respond to them using the Four Keys To Motivation.
