VIRTUAL EVENT
Hosted by the FACCC Policy Committee

Federal and state immigration policies continue to impact faculty, staff, and students across the California Community Colleges system. In response, colleges have worked to expand access, strengthen protections, and provide critical support for immigrant communities. These efforts enrich campuses and strengthen learning environments statewide.

This year’s Policy Forum brings together state leaders, faculty advocates, and legal experts to share insights drawn from lived experience, policy expertise, and campus leadership. Participants will examine how past challenges inform present strategies and how sustained advocacy can guide institutions through ongoing policy changes affecting immigrant students and employees.

This virtual forum will serve as a collaborative space to connect experience with action, highlighting practical strategies, legal considerations, and collective leadership to support immigrant communities and allies alike.
