2022-23 Membership Drive

Thank you so much for your interest in participating in this year’s FACCC Membership Drive. We hope the information below answers any questions you may have.

The FACCC Membership Drive will run from August 2022 - June 2023.


What qualifies as a “new” membership?
A new membership is defined as a membership for an individual who has not previously belonged to FACCC, or an individual who was previously a FACCC member but whose membership lapsed at least six months prior to the date of the new membership. A new membership includes any of FACCC’s membership types (associate, full-time, part-time, and retired).

Any current member who recruits a non-member becomes a FACCC Sponsor. By sponsoring a new FACCC member, the non-member will receive a free membership through August 2023, from FACCC. Each current FACCC member is allowed to sponsor one new member at the promotional “free” rate.

Select one non-member to receive a free membership from FACCC through August 2023. The FACCC member will receive:

  • a $10.00 Starbucks card
  • prime FACCC swag

FACCC Membership All-Star
Sign up 10 new FACCC members and you'll receive:

  • a special silver FACCC lapel pin
  • a shout out on our website, Weekly Newsletter, or social media pages

FACCC Membership MVP
Sign up 20 or more new FACCC members and you'll receive:

  • a special gold FACCC lapel pin
  • free admission to FACCC's 2023 A&P Conference (hotel accommodations included)
  • a shout out on our website, Weekly Newsletter, or social media pages
  • your name entered in a raffle for grand prize trip to Hawaii

In order to qualify for the membership drive prizes, your recruited members must write your name under the referral portion of the FACCC membership form. If there is more than one name written on the referral line, we will accept the first name only.

How can non-members join?

  • By visiting www.faccc.org and submitting an application online. To receive credit, the referring member's name must be entered in the appropriate space on the online application form.
  • By downloading this membership form and submitting the required information to [email protected] To receive credit, the referring member's name must be entered in the appropriate space on the online application form.
  • By mailing a membership application to the FACCC office. To receive credit, the referring member's name must be entered in the appropriate space on the online application form.
  • By calling 916-447-8555 to submit their application and credit card information over the telephone. The referring member's name must be provided at the time the call is made.

What is the Grand Prize?
The Membership Drive Grand Prize is a 6 night stay at the Four Seasons Hualalai property on the Big Island of Hawaii. This include Southwest flight travel from California and sleeping accommodation for two. Terms include:

  • Travel and accommodation can only be booked in the summer months
  • Does not include ground transportation
  • Travel is one roundtrip flight and the accommodation reservations must include the winner of the prize
  • FACCC reserves the right to amend the grand prize at any time

To qualify to be entered in the raffle for the grand prize a minimum of 20 new members total must be signed up by the referring member before June 30, 2023. FACCC reserves the right to make disqualifications.

The winner of the grand prize will be selected randomly from a drawing of all submitted names. Drawing will be held in July 2023. The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email. FACCC will use the contact information in our member database. You can be sure your contact information is current by filling out this form. FACCC reserves the right to select another winner at its sole discretion if the winner’s contact information is not current. Failure to respond within five (5) business days from notification may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate grand prize winner.

The grand prize winner will be given instructions on how to claim their trip.

When is the deadline for new members to submit their applications?
In order to be counted, FACCC must receive all new member applications no later than June 30, 2023.

What happens if the new member forgets to put the name of the referring member on the application?
If referred by a current FACCC member, a new member application must contain the name of the referring member in order for the referring member to receive credit. If the new member forgets, the referrer must inform the FACCC office by phone or email within seven days of the office receiving the application. After seven days, the referring member will lose out on the credit.

What happens if the new member cancels their membership?
If a new member cancels their membership within 30 days of joining, the referring individual will lose credit for that membership.

Are there eligibility requirements?
To be eligible for FACCC swag, prizes, and the grand prize drawing, current FACCC members must be in good standing through July 2023.
