We are excited to announce Philip Hu as FACCC’s new Executive Director, effective September 9. With over 15 years of experience as a community college professor and a strong background in union leadership and political advocacy, Hu is well-equipped to lead our organization. His expertise will be invaluable in supporting California's community college faculty.

About Philip Hu

Philip Hu has 19 years of higher education experience, including 15 years in the California Community Colleges system, teaching English at West Valley and Cerritos Colleges. His career in labor and political organizing started with the Cerritos College Faculty Federation and led to roles such as Rep/Organizer, Community Coordinator, Labor Relations Representative, Political Director, and most recently, Executive Director of AFT 6157.
