Mt. San Antonio College (Mt. SAC) is not fully allocating the state-funded Cost of Living Adjustments (COLA) to its faculty, choosing instead to maintain large financial reserves. Despite financial health, the college plans to hire new managers while our hardworking educators remain undercompensated.

We urge you to take immediate action by completing this action alert directed to your elected representative. Your voice is crucial in encouraging Mt. SAC's administration to:

• Allocate the full state-funded COLA to its employees.
• Prioritize fair compensation for faculty over unnecessarily large reserves.
• Reconsider hiring new managers until employee compensation issues are resolved.
