FACCC Board Votes to Urge CalSTRS to Divest from Fossil Fuel Companies

In a letter sent to the CalSTRS Board, the FACCC Board of Governors concluded that time has run out for incremental change and a more urgent response is needed to fight to protect the environment and the long-term viability of faculty pensions. By expeditiously divesting from fossil fuel companies, CalSTRS would be taking the necessary step to fight against climate change.
